Welcome to Ten Mile Point Resort

Take in the most spectacular view on Manitoulin Island. Relax at one of our Nordic-inspired cottages and enjoy the outdoors at your front door.

Ten Mile Point began as a single cottage (now Eagle House) perched on the cliffside overlooking Lake Huron and the La Cloche mountains.  In 2022 we built 5 modern, Scandinavian-style cabins along the bluff – each with a unique design and appeal, all with the same breathtaking views. The resort spans 90 mostly forested acres and in the summer of 2024 three new modern cabins will open on the lakefront adding another unique TMP experience.

Centrally located to all Manitoulin Island’s sights and services, TMP is guaranteed to offer the tranquility of the country-side while still being a quick drive into Little Current and all amenities. Each cabin is fully stocked to ensure your comfort and feature decks with BBQs, comfortable seating and fire pits overlooking the lake for maximum indoor/outdoor living.

Please note that for guests staying in one of our cliff-side cabins, there is no vehicle access to the lake nor common area for guests staying up top. We encourage guests who wish to have lake access to book one of our waterfront cabins.

We love our furry guests and welcome well behaved pets!

If you would like to book the entire property for an event, please contact us for rates.

Whether you are a view hound or dream of spending lazy days on the lake, we’ve got something for everyone.

What People Say About Us

Super cozy cottage with breathtaking views. Perfect for a romantic night sitting next to the wood stove 🙂

Amanda (January 2023)

The Eagle House was the perfect private escape for us. We got married on the island and loved being able to sit and watch the sunset at the house at the end of each night. I know there are other houses as part of the resort and we would love to come back and check out the other houses as well!

Emma(June 2024)

“The design is simple and elegant with huge windows for guests to take in the views. The location is next to Ten Mile Point Lookout — a well-known spot on Manitoulin Island for breathtaking views.”
